Our OPs team is dedicated, highly experienced and well-trained analysts & media monitors. Our security analysts use their expertise in leveraging to correlate and analyze security incidents. The OPs team are working closely with Security Professional teams delivering an end to end security approach to our customers and minute by minute reporting. As part of our managed security services delivery, our customers receive support and consultation from our team of security experts. When an incident is identified or reported, the team takes the necessary steps to mitigate the threat before damage is done, working in close collaboration with our client until the issue is resolved.
